Pinky up!

First full day with Weight Watchers and I had was doing okay. I had waffles with lite syrup and then instead of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but instead had a tuna fish sandwich with half an orange pepper.

Tonight I went out with my cousin, Andrea. Whenever we're together it's always a great time, always laughing and carrying on. Because I'm a newly 21-year-old, we went to Curtin's Wharf in Burlington, NJ, a bar/restaurant near the boat dock. It was so quaint and cute!

Curtin's Wharf enticed me away from my Points with its amazing alcohol list. I've come home and feel bad going away from my plan. So I went onto Shape.com and they have a list of good cocktails that won't kill your calorie counting:

Who, what, why

Who: Amanda

What: This blog is to help me keep a diary of my weight loss progress. I will count Weight Watchers points for three months, blogging all the while.

Why: To look good, feel good and just be comfortable every single day with myself. I don't want "Fat Days" anymore. I'm a size 12 and want to be a size 6. Now this isn't to say I expect to be a size 6 in three months. If that happens, that would be awesome but I would like to start the road to that size 6. It's my senior year in college next year and I don't want to have to worry about my weight when I should be concerned with soaking up every single experience I can.

With these in mind, here is to getting the weight off once and for all!
